The samples that I was able to extract were of good quality. A lot of the samples could not be extracted on my Windows system due to the filename path too long error.

This is unexpected behaviour of the file extraction process due to the length of the file path. This can happen when the folder is located too deep with sub-folders prior to Quantum UI & Computers, example:
'C:\Users\Customer\Downloads\Sound Effects\Purchased Libraries\ZEKAVEO\Quantum UI...'
Would it be possible to temporarily relocate the Quantum UI & Computers folder to a location with a shorter folder path before extracting the files?
Another option would be to try extracting the library with 7-Zip, which generally handles longer file paths better than some built-in extraction tools.
